Baru punya kesempatan nulis lagi nih...ternyata masih ada yang belum di posting pas bkinan Februari lagi..
Kangen bikin kue...tapi saya masih belum ada mud nih...soalnya masih pusing nyari kerja hehee..
Nah kalii ini saya mau posting tentang Susi Chessy alias Eclairs with Cheese Custard Feeling...
Same like before ya...i like to trying everything what i like...i dont know why..but I'm feeling happy if I can experiment the new Recipe...at the time, I started looking for cake recipes are easy and practical ..and after opening a few recipes on the internet I was interested to make eclairs.
The reason for making eclairs, because I once made the eclairs and failed. then of failure, I would like to try for a second time, but with different content. by using CHEESE. and to make it also very easy ... but it takes patience certainly....Well below is a photo its Choux before baked and after baked fresh from the oven... it is very simple .... but the result ... sooooooo yummy....

because at home who likes cheese just me ... this happens cookies I gave away to my friends ..
